触れ知らせるべき旨を仰せ出され候条、右様に心得、組村々に漏れがないよう触れ知らせるため、組切の御受書を取り揃えて指し出すよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り、組村に早速触れ候ところ、別紙の通り組村役人共より御受書を指し出て参り候につき、取り揃え、右役人へ添書をもって指し上げ奉り候。以上

We were ordered to circulate this information. Understanding this, we were instructed to ensure that all group villages were notified without omission, and to collect and submit acknowledgment letters from each group. Having humbly received these orders, we immediately circulated the information to the group villages, whereupon the village officials submitted acknowledgment letters as shown in the attached documents. We have compiled these and respectfully submit this matter to the officials with an accompanying letter. The above.
