仕上御受書之覚
今度従
公義御尋者之義に付別紙之通御書付を以
御達有之候依之御家中諸士幷召仕之下々
に至迄急々遂吟味否以紙面可申出候尤御書付之
通之者於有之は其処に留置早速可申出旨相
触候条郷中遂吟味尤御国境川口等弥念入
可相改旨御番人共へ可申付候且又否之義来月
十八日野宅へ以書付可申出候以上

仕上げ御受書の覚
今度幕府より御尋ね者の件につき、別紙の通り御書付をもって御達しがございました。これにより御家中の諸士並びに召し使いの下々に至るまで、急いで吟味を遂げ、該当者がいないかを書面にて申し出るべきです。もっとも御書付の通りの者がおりましたら、その場に留め置き、早速申し出るべき旨を触れ候条、郷中にて吟味を遂げ、もっとも御国境や川口等はいよいよ念入りに改めるべき旨を御番人共へ申し付けるべきです。また該当者がいない旨については、来月十八日に野宅へ書付をもって申し出るべきです。以上

Record of Completion Receipt Document
This time, regarding the matter of persons being sought by the Shogunate, notification has been given through written orders as shown in the attached document. Accordingly, from the retainers of the domain down to the lowest servants, all must urgently conduct investigations and report in writing whether there are any such persons. Should there be persons matching the description in the written orders, they should be detained on the spot and reported immediately. Having issued these instructions, investigations should be conducted throughout the district, and particularly at national borders, river mouths, and other locations, thorough inspections should be ordered for the guards. Also, if no such persons are found, this should be reported in writing to Notaku on the 18th of next month. The above.
