右の通り御触れが出されましたので、何者によらず触れ知らせるため、御請書を提出するよう仰せ付けられ、畏まって承りました。早速村中一人一人に触れ知らせましたところ、御触れの御趣旨を畏まって承る旨申し出ましたので、御受書の件は私共連名をもって差し上げ申します。以上

As the above proclamation has been issued, we have been ordered to make this known to all persons without exception and to submit written acknowledgments. We humbly comply. We promptly made this known to each person in the village, and as they have stated that they humbly accept the purport of the proclamation, we submit this written acknowledgment with our joint signatures.
