御書付御渡被成候に付組村浦不洩様触知組切請書
取揃可指出旨御触達被仰付奉畏早速相触候処別紙之
通御趣意夫々奉畏旨御請書私手元迄指出来候に付

仕上添書の覚
今度幕府より米穀諸色並びに国産物の値段引き下げ方の件について、御書付をお渡しいただきましたので、組村浦に漏れのないよう触れ知らせ、組切請書を取りまとめて提出するよう御触達を仰せ付けられ、畏まって承り早速相触れましたところ、別紙の通り御趣意それぞれ畏まって承る旨の御請書を私の手元まで提出してきましたので、右の段、添書をもって差し上げ申します。以上

Memorandum of Completion Cover Letter
This time, regarding the matter of lowering prices of rice, grains, various commodities, and domestic products, we have been given an official document from the shogunate. We have been ordered through official notification to make this known to all villages and coastal areas under our jurisdiction without omission, and to compile and submit written acknowledgments from each group. We humbly comply and promptly made this known, whereupon written acknowledgments stating that each respective party humbly accepts the official intent were submitted to me as shown in the separate document. Therefore, we submit the above matter with this cover letter. The above.
