弟同簾蔵義和蘭陀商船買請絲浜幷業之義
に付委曲御触達之通組村浦不洩様為触知組切受
書取揃可指出旨御触被仰付奉畏早速相触候処
別紙之通御触被仰付御趣奉畏旨御受書私共手元迄
指出来候に付右之段添書を以奉指上候以上

仕上添書の覚
今度幕府より越後国蒲原郡村松浜の百姓平野安兵衛および同人の弟同簾蔵が、オランダ商船から絹を買い請けて浜並びに業を行うことについて、委細御触達の通り、組村浦に漏れのないよう触れ知らせ、組切受書を取りまとめて提出するよう御触れを仰せ付けられ、畏まって承り早速相触れましたところ、別紙の通り御触れを仰せ付けられた御趣旨を畏まって承る旨の御受書を私共の手元まで提出してきましたので、右の段、添書をもって差し上げ申します。以上

Memorandum of Completion Cover Letter
This time, regarding the matter from the shogunate concerning the peasants Hirano Yasubei and his brother Dōrenzō of Muramatsu-hama in Kanbara District, Echigo Province, purchasing silk from Dutch merchant ships and conducting business at the harbor, we have been ordered through detailed official notification to make this known to all villages and coastal areas under our jurisdiction without omission, and to compile and submit written acknowledgments from each group. We humbly comply and promptly made this known, whereupon written acknowledgments stating that they humbly accept the official intent of the notification were submitted to us as shown in the separate document. Therefore, we submit the above matter with this cover letter. The above.
