勧農春普請願之義八月迄に願出候御法之処
近年右限月過願出候村方も適には有之外
一牧之障に相成候条向後九月朔日ゟは如何程入判
を以難【願＝誤ヵ】出候共決而不取上候条此段組村々へ屹と申付
受書取揃早々可指出旨被仰付奉畏相触候処別紙之通
御受書私共手元迄指出候に付右之段添書を以奉指上候以上

勧農春普請願の件については八月までに願い出る法令となっているところ、近年右の期限月を過ぎて願い出る村方も時々あり、外一牧の障害となっています。ついては今後九月朔日からはいかほど入判（印鑑）をもって願い出られても決して取り上げないので、この段を組村々へしっかりと申し付け、受書を取りまとめて早々に提出するよう仰せ付けられ、畏まって相触れましたところ、別紙の通り御受書を私共の手元まで提出してきましたので、右の段、添書をもって差し上げ申します。以上

Regarding applications for agricultural spring construction work, the law requires applications to be submitted by the eighth month. However, in recent years some villages occasionally submit applications after this deadline month, which becomes an obstacle to the outer pasture operations. Therefore, from the first day of the ninth month onward, no matter how many seals are affixed to applications, they will absolutely not be accepted. We have been ordered to strictly inform the villages under our jurisdiction of this matter and to compile and promptly submit written acknowledgments. We humbly complied and made this known, whereupon written acknowledgments as shown in the separate document were submitted to us. Therefore, we submit the above matter with this cover letter.
