この度、御留野の内で御指明になったことについては、鉄砲打ちに慣れていない者が専ら鉄砲を相放ち、並びに夜分月明かりなどの時に鉄砲を相放つ者もいる趣が相聞こえますので、右様の者どもがないよう組村々に触れ知らせ、人別請書を取り揃えて提出するよう仰せ付けられ、畏まって右の御取り究めの御趣意を逐々相触れましたところ、それぞれ畏まる旨、別紙の通り御請書を提出してまいりましたので、右の段を添書をもって指し上げます。

Regarding the recent designation within the reserved hunting grounds, we have heard reports that there are persons inexperienced in firearms handling who are firing guns indiscriminately, as well as those who fire guns at night during moonlit periods and such times. Therefore, we were ordered to notify the villages in our jurisdiction to ensure there are no such persons, and to collect and submit individual acknowledgment letters. We humbly complied and systematically communicated the intent of this thorough investigation. Each village has respectfully acknowledged this, and acknowledgment letters have been submitted as shown in the attached documents. Therefore, we report the above matter with this cover letter.
