公義古金銀弐朱判引替之儀に付別紙之通御書付
御渡被成候依之御国中可触知旨被仰出候条得其意

当辰十月迄取指置候段去卯年相触候所今以
引替残有之真字弐歩判は猶更残高多候間
引替所之義猶又来巳十月迄は是迄之通被指置候
且又西国中国筋は別而古金銀引替残有之趣
相聞候諸家領分場広之土地抔はおのつから引替方
手後れ候場所も有之哉に付領主々に而弥遂穿鑿
最寄引替所へ指出為引替候様可致候
真字弐歩判之儀頓と通用停止可被仰出候間
此節精出引替可申幷古金銀弐朱判共所持之

このたび幕府から古金銀二朱判引き替えの件につき、別紙の通り御書付をお渡しになりました。これにより御国中に触れ知らせるべき旨をお申し出になりましたので、その意を得て、郷中にお申し触れください。以上

古金銀二歩判真字二歩判ともに引き替え所の件について、当天保8年10月まで取り指し置く段、去る天保6年に相触れましたところ、今もって引き替え残りがあり、真字二歩判は特に残高が多くありますので、引き替え所の件について、なお来年巳年10月まではこれまでの通りお指し置きください。
また西国中国筋は特に古金銀引き替え残りがある趣を相聞きました。諸家領分場広の土地などは自ずから引き替え方が手後れする場所もあるかと存じますので、領主において十分に詮索を遂げ、最寄りの引き替え所へ指し出して引き替えするよう致すべきです。
真字二歩判の件については間もなく通用停止をお申し出になる予定ですので、この節精を出して引き替えを申すべきです。並びに古金銀二朱判ともに所持の

Regarding the matter of exchange locations for old gold and silver nibu coins and shinji nibu coins, it was announced in the 6th year of Tenpō that these would be held in reserve until the 10th month of the current 8th year of Tenpō. However, there are still remaining unexchanged coins, with particularly large remaining amounts of shinji nibu coins, so regarding the matter of exchange locations, please continue the current arrangement until the 10th month of next year (the year of the snake).
Additionally, we have heard that there are particularly large amounts of unexchanged old gold and silver coins remaining in the western and central provinces. In territories of various domains with extensive lands, there are naturally locations where the exchange process has been delayed, so the domain lords should conduct thorough investigations and ensure that these coins are brought to the nearest exchange locations for conversion.
