当秋御年貢諸上納物之義閏霜月へ御指伸
被仰付候に付是迄之通延引成不申当月
十五日限屹と皆済仕候様被仰付奉畏早速

申し上げ覚
今秋の御年貢諸上納物の件について、閏霜月まで御延期を
仰せ付けられましたが、これまでの通り延引することなく、今月
十五日限りできっと皆済いたしますよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ奉り早速
組村一々に相触れましたところ、【抹消部分＝別紙村切御請書取りまとめ】
畏れ奉る旨、別紙の通り御請書を指し上げるにつき、取りまとめて差し上げます。以上
