御年貢上納之義近来御取究に相成居申所
猥に令取扱候族も有之様相聞甚如何之事に
被思召依之御取究被仰付候御趣奉畏組村
逸々相触候所奉畏旨別紙之通御請書

申し上げ覚
御年貢上納の件について、近頃御取り調べになっておりますところ、
みだりに取り扱う者どもも居るようで、甚だ良くないことと
お思いになり、これにより御取り調べを仰せ付けられました御趣旨を畏れ奉り、組村
一々に相触れましたところ、畏れ奉る旨、別紙の通り御請書を
差し出しましたので、組村取り揃えて指し上げ奉ります。以上

Petition
Regarding the submission of annual rice tax, as investigations have been conducted recently,
it appears that there are those who handle matters carelessly, which is considered
most inappropriate, and therefore investigations have been ordered. Humbly receiving this directive, I contacted each of the affiliated villages,
and as they humbly accepted, acceptance documents have been
submitted as shown in the attached papers. I respectfully submit these collected from all affiliated villages. The above.
