一柄糸白茶
一下緒白藍打交

右之通之者於有之は其処に留置御料は御代官
私領は領主地頭江申出夫ゟ江戸におゐて筒井伊賀守
当所へ可申出候若見聞およひ候はゝ其段も可申出候尤
家来又者等迄入念可遂吟味候隠置脇ゟ相知
候はゝ可為曲事候

右之通
公義御触有之候条其方共組村々何者によらす
逸々相触来る廿一日迄に組切受書無間違可指出候
此触状先々少も無遅滞相廻済村ゟ可指戻候以上

一、柄糸 白茶
一、下緒 白藍打交

一、縁頭 鮫、目貫 不明
右の通りの者がいた場合は、その場所に留め置き、御料は御代官、私領は領主・地頭へ申し出て、それから江戸において筒井伊賀守、当所へ申し出ること。もし見聞きすることがあれば、その旨も申し出ること。もっとも家来又は下人等まで念入りに吟味を遂げること。隠し置いて他から知れた場合は、曲事（処罰対象）となる。
未六月
右の通り公儀の御触れがあったので、そちら共の組村々、何者によらず一々相触れ、来る二十一日までに組切の請書を間違いなく提出すること。
この触状は、先々少しも遅滞なく回し、済みの村から返却すること。以上

If a person matching the above description is found, detain them at that location. For shogunal lands (goryō), report to the deputy magistrate (daikan); for private domains, report to the domain lord or local magistrate (jitō), and then from there report to Tsutsui Iga-no-kami in Edo and to the local authorities. If you see or hear anything [suspicious], report that as well. Furthermore, conduct thorough investigations even of retainers and servants. If [information is] concealed and discovered from other sources, it will be considered a punishable offense.
6th month of the year of the Sheep
As there has been an official proclamation from the government as stated above, all of you in the village groups, regardless of who they are, must pass this message along one by one, and submit the receipt confirmation from each village group without fail by the 21st day.
This proclamation must be circulated to all locations without any delay, and returned from completed villages. That is all.
