よって名面を記し指し上げる。以上

Memorandum of Report
Lord Tsuchimikado ordered prayers for abundant harvests of five grains, and distributed to the villages two large amulets and eleven small amulets each, including extras. As listed below, these were distributed starting from village officials to the head farmers, and we gratefully received them.
Therefore, we record the names and submit this report. That is all.
