公義時疫薬法等之義に付左書之通御触有之
候条其方共組村浦不洩様相触組切壱帋請書
可指出候以上

ので、そちらの皆さんの組の村浦で漏れがないよう相触れて、組ごとに一通の請書を
提出するよう命じられました。以上

公義（幕府）より疫病の薬法その他諸毒の解毒薬法等を御救済のため
御触書が出されましたので、それぞれ御書付をもって漏れがないよう触れ聞かせるよう
仰せ付けられ、恐れ入りながら早速相触れましたところ、ありがたく恐れ入る旨申し出がございました
ので、御請書の件は私どもより提出いたします。以上
