組ごとに一通の請書を提出するよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入りながら早速相触れましたところ、
御慈悲ありがたく恐れ入る旨の御請書を提出いたしましたので、奥書を作成して
提出いたします。以上

雲雀御鷹野のため御用で御鷹匠の面々が来月三日頃
出郷いたしますので、例年の通り野井戸をそれぞれ竹で囲いをして
笹竹を印に建て置くよう、そのように、もっとも当時に限らず不断に建て置くよう申し付け
ますので、そのように心得て、そちらの皆さんの組の村々で漏れがないよう急ぎの触れをもって
相触れ、それぞれ案内書を取り揃えて提出するよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入りながら早速組の
村々に相触れましたところ、それぞれ印を建て置いた旨を書付をもって申し出ましたので、取り揃えて
提出申し上げます。以上

Memorandum of Report
For the skylark hawking grounds, the falconers will depart for the countryside around the 3rd day of next month on official business. Therefore, as is customary each year, wild wells should be enclosed with bamboo fencing and bamboo markers should be erected as indicators. Furthermore, these should be maintained not only at this time but permanently. Having been so ordered, please take note of this and communicate it urgently without omission to all villages in your groups, and compile and submit respective notification documents. We humbly and promptly communicated this to the villages in our group, and they reported through written documents that they had erected the markers accordingly. We have compiled these and respectfully submit them. The above.
