御釣船に而御見請被為遊候御趣に付組村々
相行着委曲書付を以申上候様被仰付奉畏候

一、去る五月二十八日夕暮れ頃の火事の件について、鈴江川筋での御釣船による御見分を遊ばされた御趣旨により、組村々を巡回し詳細な書付をもって申し上げるよう仰せ付けられ、畏れながら承りました。早速与村々を一つ一つ巡回いたしましたところ、右の件については何も御座いませんでしたので、別紙として村々の申出書付を添えて差し上げます。相違御座いません。以上

1. We immediately made rounds of each village under our jurisdiction, and as there were no such incidents to report, we submit the villages' written statements as separate documents.
