御見分御馬南北へ御越被遊候砌郷分ゟ馬
乗市中江罷越店前戸口に追縄長繋有之
往来之妨に相当趣已後之義者往来之障に相成
不申様縄短繋候様且不心得之者有之馬先
追いたし候者有之に付此度屹と取究仕候様

長く繋いであることで往来の妨げになるようなことが今後ないよう、往来の障りにならないよう縄を短く繋ぐように申し付けるべきである。
また、馬を先に進めることについては以前から禁止されているところ、心得違いの者が勝手に馬を先へ追いやっているようすが聞こえてくる。これらのことについてもなお一層しっかりと取り締まるべきである。これに背く者がいる場合は、当人はもちろん村役人まで も処罰を申し付けるので、この件について各組村・浦に漏れなく申し伝え、組ごとに一通の書面をもって請書を今月二十日までに提出すること。以上

右の通り、このところ以来の雨天のため川筋の出水の際、御見分のため御馬で南北へお越しになった折、郷分から馬に乗って市中へ参り、店先や戸口に追縄を長く繋いであり、往来の妨げになる趣があったため、今後は往来の障りにならないよう縄を短く繋ぐよう、また心得違いの者で馬を先へ追いやる者がいるため、この度しっかりと取り締まりを行うよう
