小判壱歩判引替之義たとへは替小判皆壱歩判にて
差出候とも小判七分壱歩判三分之割合を以引替候筈に候条

一武家其外とも町人江相対にて申付右名前之者共方へ
差出為引替候義勝手次第に候事
一引替に可差出小判壱歩判とも員数相知候事に候間
貯置不申段々引替可申候若貯置不引替者相知候はゝ
吟味之上急度可申付事

現代語訳
小判・一歩判引き替えの件について、たとえば替え小判がすべて一歩判であっても、
小判七分、一歩判三分の割合をもって引き替える予定であるので、
十一月十五日より別紙記載の者の元へ差し出して引き替えを申し出ること。
一、武家その他とも町人へ相対にて申し付け、右記載の者どもの元へ
差し出して引き替えさせる件については任意とする。
一、引き替えに差し出すべき小判・一歩判とも員数が分かることであるから、
貯蔵せず段々引き替えを申し出ること。もし貯蔵して引き替えない者が分かれば、
吟味の上、きっと申し付けること。
右の通り触れるべし。

英語訳
Regarding the exchange of koban (small gold coins) and one-bu coins, even if the replacement koban are all one-bu coins,
they shall be exchanged at the ratio of seven parts koban to three parts one-bu coins,
so from the fifteenth day of the eleventh month, submit them to the persons listed separately for exchange.
1. Regarding samurai and others instructing townspeople through direct negotiation to submit coins to the aforementioned persons
for exchange, this shall be at their discretion.
1. Since the number of koban and one-bu coins to be submitted for exchange is known,
do not hoard them but submit them for exchange progressively. If anyone is found to be hoarding without exchanging,
they will be strictly dealt with after investigation.
The above shall be proclaimed.
