右之通遠国末々迄相心得候様御料は御代官

現代語訳
右の通り遠国の末端まで心得るように、御料地は御代官、私領は領主・地頭から入念に申し付けるべきである。
右の趣旨を触れ知らせるべきである。
十月
右の通り今度幕府から仰せ出されたことにより、在郷に触れ知らせるべき旨を御当職が仰せ渡されました。つきましては、そなたども組村・浦を問わず一人も漏れることのないよう触れ知らせ、組ごとに一通ずつ受書を来たる子年正月晦日までに指し出すべきです。なお、この書状は先々へ滞りなく回し、最後の村から指し戻すべきです。以上
亥十二月二十四日
右の通り御触れがなされたことにより、誰であろうと一人も漏れることのないよう触れ知らせて御受書を指し出すべき旨を仰せ付けられ、恐れ入って早速触れ知らせましたところ、御触れの御趣旨を恐れ入って承る旨申し出ましたので、御受書の件については私ども連判をもって差し上げ申します。以上

As stated above, so that this may be understood even in distant provinces down to the smallest villages, for directly administered territories (goryō), the deputy magistrates (daikan) should give careful instructions, and for private domains, the domain lords and local lords (jitō) should do likewise.
The above matter should be proclaimed.

As stated above, since this has now been proclaimed by the Bakufu, the current official has ordered that it be announced in rural areas. Therefore, you must ensure that this is proclaimed without omission to anyone in your group villages and coastal settlements, and acknowledgment documents must be submitted by each group, one document per group, by the last day of the first month of the coming year of the Rat. Furthermore, this document should be circulated to successive locations without delay and returned from the final village. The above.

As the above proclamation has been issued, we have been ordered to proclaim this ensuring no one is omitted and to submit acknowledgment documents. We humbly and promptly made the proclamation, whereupon they expressed their humble acceptance of the purport of the proclamation. Therefore, regarding the acknowledgment document, we submit it with our joint signatures. The above.
