右の通り幕府から仰せ出されたことにより、右のように心得て組下の村々において誰であろうと一人も漏らすことのないよう触れ知らせ、組ごとに一通ずつ請書を取って指し出すべき旨を仰せ付けられ、恐れ入って早速触れ知らせましたところ、御触れの御趣旨を恐れ入って承る旨の御受書を指し出し申したので、奥書をして差し上げ申します。以上
