仕上御請書之覚
今度豫州大洲領左書人相書に引合候者
其方共組村浦穿鑿方之儀村々請持郷目
付之者番非人等へ申付見当次第召捕可申出候
且右体之者入込居不申候はゝ其段来る廿四日迄に
其方共組切書付を以可申出候且又此後迚も
右体之者入込来り候得は其処に留置早速
申出候様是又不洩様可相触候以上

仕上げ御請書の覚
今度予州大洲領左に書かれた人相書に該当する者について、そなたども組の村浦において詮索の件、村々請け持ちの郷目付の者、番非人等に申し付けて見当たり次第召し捕るべく申し出るべし。
かつ右のような者が入り込んでおらなければ、その段を来る二十四日までに、そなたども組ごとに書付をもって申し出るべし。かつまたこの後といえども、右のような者が入り込んで来たならば、その場に留め置き早速申し出るよう、これもまた漏らすことのないよう触れ知らせるべし。以上
