近年非人共之儀着服等請人に相紛候様
相仕成者も有之趣相聞彼者儀は宝暦
十四申年左之通り相触有之儀に候得は
以後屹と相守候様村浦役人共ゟ申付候様
組村中相触可申候以上

一惣而谷々乞食近年町人共吉凶之儀に付遣
物之儀不足ケ間敷相貪過言等彼是心侭之
仕方有之趣に候諸人憐を以今日相送申儀に候
右様には無之筈之所不届之仕合に候此後右体
之儀於有之は稠敷可申付事
一頭幷平乞食男女共向後着類無紋帯
同断着可仕事

天保二卯年非人ども取り究め触書
近年非人どもの儀について、着服等が一般人に紛れるような仕業をする者もいる趣が相聞こえる。彼らの儀については宝暦十四申年に左の通り触れがあった儀であるから、以後きっと相守るよう村浦役人どもより申し付けるよう、組村中に触れ申すべきである。以上

一、総じて谷々の乞食について、近年町人どもの吉凶の儀に付け遣い物の儀が不足がちで、過分に貪り過言等あれこれ心ままの仕方がある趣である。諸人の憐れみを以て今日まで相送り申す儀である。このようではない筈のところ不届きの仕合いである。この後右のような儀があった場合は厳しく申し付けること

1. Regarding beggars in valleys throughout the domain: In recent years, concerning auspicious and inauspicious occasions of townspeople, there has been insufficient provision of gifts, leading to excessive greed, excessive demands, and various self-serving behaviors. It is through the compassion of all people that they have been sustained to this day. This should not be the case, and such conduct is inexcusable. Hereafter, should such behavior occur, strict punishment shall be imposed.
1. Both male and female head beggars and ordinary beggars shall henceforth wear clothing without family crests, and their sashes shall be the same.
