現代語訳

御意の上、金十両を下し置かれ候事

一、延享二年丑年三月　親昌慶病気が大切（重篤）に及び候節、御懇の御意を成し下され、金三両を下し置かれ候事

一、同年四月　御供仕り罷り下り候事

一、同三年寅年四月　御供仕り罷り登り候事

一、同四年卯年四月　会津御供仕り罷り下り候処、同十二月大病相煩い候節、様子を御尋ね下され、山内玄竺へ療治を仰せ付け下し置かれ候事

一、寛延元年辰年正月　病気につき願いの上、江戸へ罷り登り候事

一、同二年巳年四月　会津へ御供仕り罷り下り、翌午年四月御供仕り罷り登り候事

一、同年五月　輪光院様の御吹出物の御療治を仰せ付けられ候事

一、同年十一月　土常様の御遣い物として、純子の御羽織一つ、御紋の御帷子一つを下し置かれ候事

[Continued from previous] with kind consideration, granted ten ryō of gold

First entry: Enkyō 2nd year, Year of the Ox [1745], 3rd month - When his parent Shōkei's illness became critical, [the lord] graciously showed concern and granted three ryō of gold

First entry: Same year, 4th month - Accompanied [the lord] returning [to Aizu]

First entry: Same 3rd year, Year of the Tiger [1746], 4th month - Accompanied [the lord] going up [to Edo]

First entry: Same 4th year, Year of the Rabbit [1747], 4th month - When accompanying [the lord] returning to Aizu, in the 12th month of the same year when [he] suffered from a serious illness, [the lord] inquired about his condition and ordered Yamauchi Genchiku to provide medical treatment

First entry: Kan'en 1st year, Year of the Dragon [1748], 1st month - Due to illness, upon request, went up to Edo

First entry: Same 2nd year, Year of the Snake [1749], 4th month - Accompanied [the lord] returning to Aizu, and in the following 4th month of the Year of the Horse, accompanied [the lord] going up [to Edo]

First entry: Same year, 5th month - Appointed to treat Lady Rinkōin's skin eruptions
