一、同八年亥年四月　江戸扶持一人分を下し置かれ候事

一、天明七年未年正月　会津勝手小番を仰せ付けらるの旨を仰せ出され候事

一、同年九月　良徳院様御懐守仮役を仰せ付けられ候事

一、同年十一月　良徳院様御袴着の御祝儀として綿一把を下し置かれ候事

一、寛政元年酉年十二月　御年男を仰せ付けられ、金二百疋を下し置かれ候事
