現代語訳

仰せ付けられ、只今までの御役料三石御加増を御直に下し置かれ候事

一、同年十二月　神保内蔵助組へ入れ置かるの旨を仰せ出され候事

一、文化四年卯年　願いの通り御擬作を召し上げられ候事

一、文化六年巳年正月十四日　病死、法名如実院覚悟信士、葬所

一、同年十二月　跡式御知行百石無御相違被下し置かれ、御番医を仰せ付けられ、会津へ差し下さるの旨を仰せ出され候事
