現代語訳

良徳院様の疱瘡中に出精して相勤めたことにより、綿一把と金二百疋を下し置かれ候事

一、同七年卯年六月　出精して相勤めたことにより五人扶持を下し置かれ、良徳院様常詰御近習番に召し出され候事

一、同八年辰年六月　良徳院様の御召古御小袖を下し置かれ候事

一、同年八月　良徳院様の御槍御相手を仰せ付けられ、年々綿一把ずつを下し置かれ候事

一、同十年午年二月　良徳院様の御召古御帷子を下し置かれ候事

一、同年七月　良徳院様が初めて御目見を仰せ上げられ、御元服をも遊ばされ候、その御祝儀として綿一把を下し置かれ候事

一、同年八月　四ケ年出精して相勤めたことにより、良徳院様の御前において御上下を下し置かれ候事
