一、同十三年子年十二月 三ノ丸教場稽古の儀、列伍足並等が相揃い、三ケ年上等の位に昇進し、かつ等位も進み出精したことにより、相組一同に御酒を下し置かれ候事
一、同十四年丑年三月 頭の神保内蔵助が御役替えにより、跡御役の加須屋左近組に罷り成り候事
一、同年四月 嫡子熊十郎が虚弱により、岩田儀左衛門の弟留吉を養子に仕りたき旨、願いを任せられ候事
一、同月十九日 五十歳にて病死、法名文光院知玄日照居士、葬所

He was particularly commended for his diligent service, and was praised by all members of his unit
