宜相揃隊々聯属いたし運用無
滞段兼而合隊稽古をも致出精候
儀と被 思召之旨相組一同御称
美被成下候

実は岩田儀左衛門金仰の二男
松平越中守様御家来
妻 熊沢三太夫某の女【朱字】
一、文化十四年丑年六月 親御擬作の内二石を減じられ十石三人扶持を下し置かれ召し出され、加須屋左近組にて御城御番を相勤め候事【外様組付：朱字】
一、同年八月 追鳥狩につき罷り出で候
ただしこの後一度罷り出で候事
一、同年十月 当追鳥狩の節御場が転じられ年始の儀に候処、列伍足並等格別によく相揃い隊々連属し運用滞りなく、兼ねてより合隊稽古をも出精した儀と思し召される旨、相組一同御称美成し下され候
ただしこの後御称美成し下され候事
一、文政三年辰年三月 悴栄吉が虚弱につき、養父の実子熊十郎を嫡子に仕りたき旨

First entry: Same year, 10th month - During the current hunting expedition when the hunting grounds were changed for the New Year ceremony, his formation and ranks were exceptionally well-ordered, the units were properly connected, operations proceeded without delay, and he had been diligent in joint unit training from before - for this he was thought well of, and all members of his unit were commended
