在之其上乱心之形ニ付厳敷檻江入
置候様被 仰聞置候処此度右躰之
義重々忽諸之至ニ付乍然此末相及候
丈ケ長ク相尋申度候間御扶持方差上ケ

取押候ハヽ申出候様被 仰出候
但諸国遍歴相尋候得共行衛相知
不申候ニ付御国江立戻リ罷在候且最

事情があり、その上乱心の様子につき厳しく檻に入れ
置くよう仰せ聞かされていた処、この度右の様な
義は重々軽率の至りにつき、しかしながらこの先に及ぶ
だけ長く相尋ね申したく候間、御扶持方差し上げ
永代の御暇願い出る儀に候間、その意に任せ
取り押さえた場合は申し出るよう仰せ出された
但し諸国遍歴し相尋ね候えども行方相知れ
申さず候につき御国へ立ち戻り罷り在り候、且つ最
初出奔致し罷り帰り候節、厳檻へ入れ置くよう
仰せ付けられ候年月詳らかでない候事
