懈怠なく相勤め寄合組に配属されたことにつき、御褒美として銀子10枚を下し置かれ、寄合組を仰せ付けられた件
一 天和2年（亥年） 御役料70石を下し置かれ、御弓頭を仰せ付けられた件
一 同3年（亥年）秋 勤番のため江戸表へ上り、一陣相勤めて帰参した件
一 元禄2年（巳年）春 御供として勤番のため上り、一陣相勤めて帰参した件
一 同6年（酉年）6月 願いの通り御役を御免になり、息子藤太夫が御番代を仰せ付けられた件
一 同7年（戌年）4月晦日 70歳にて病死、法名玄空静閑、葬所は法紹山浄光寺

英語訳
served diligently without negligence and was assigned to the yoriai-gumi (senior retainer group), for which he was granted 10 pieces of silver as a reward and appointed to the yoriai-gumi.
• Tenna 2nd year (Year of the Boar): Was granted 70 koku as stipend for his position and appointed as oyumi-gashira (head of archers).
• Same 3rd year (Year of the Boar), autumn: Went up to Edo for kinban (guard duty) service and completed one tour of duty before returning.
• Genroku 2nd year (Year of the Snake), spring: Went up for kinban duty as part of the lord's escort and completed one tour of duty before returning.
• Same 6th year (Year of the Rooster), 6th month: As requested, was relieved of his official duties, and his son Tōdayū was appointed as his replacement in guard service.
• Same 7th year (Year of the Dog), last day of 4th month: Died of illness at age 70, posthumous Buddhist name Genkū Seikan, buried at Hōshōzan Jōkōji Temple.
