妻 池上善兵衛高里の女
一 延宝6年（午年）正月 親の願いの通り初めての御目見えを仰せ付けられた件
一 天和元年（酉年）3月 親の願いの通り藤太夫と改名したい旨を願い任せられた件
一 元禄6年（酉年）8月 親の願いの通り御番代として外様組付きを仰せ付けられ、日向三郎右衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた件
一 同7年（戌年）7月 跡式として御知行230石を相違なく下し置かれた件
一 同8年（亥年）3月 勤番のため江戸へ上り、同年9月に帰参した件
一 宝永元年（申年）10月 勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌酉年4月に帰参した件
但し、右の陣中、日光の御名代につき仮御供番を仰せ付けられ、御供を相勤めた件
一 同2年（酉年）閏4月 御代官役を仰せ付けられたところ、兼ねてより不勘定につき即日御詫びを申し上げた件

Wife: daughter of Ikegami Zenbei Takasato
• Enpō 6th year (Year of the Horse), 1st month: As requested by his father, was granted his first audience with the lord.
• Tenna 1st year (Year of the Rooster), 3rd month: As requested by his father, his wish to change his name to Tōdayū was approved.
• Genroku 6th year (Year of the Rooster), 8th month: As requested by his father, was appointed as a guard replacement attached to the tozama group, entered Hinata Saburōzaemon's unit, and served castle guard duty.
• Same 7th year (Year of the Dog), 7th month: Was granted 230 koku as inherited domain stipend without alteration.
• Same 8th year (Year of the Boar), 3rd month: Went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the 9th month of the same year.
• Hōei 1st year (Year of the Monkey), 10th month: Went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the 4th month of the following year (Year of the Rooster).
Note: During this tour of duty, he was appointed as temporary escort guard for the Nikkō proxy service and served in the lord's escort.
• Same 2nd year (Year of the Rooster), intercalary 4th month: Was appointed to the position of magistrate, but due to previous accounting irregularities, immediately submitted an apology.
