鳳翔院様御小姓ニ被 召出並之御
擬作被下置禿ニ而被 召仕候事
一 同年六月為勤番江戸表へ罷登候処
病気ニ付同十月罷下候事
一 天和元《割書：酉》年二月
将軍宣下御振舞ニ付罷登元服
被 仰付国定之御刀并拵金三両
被下置候事

庄右衛門高連（初名は山三郎）

妻は辰野曾右衛門宗次の娘
元禄5年（申年）11月27日の記録によると、池上庄右衛門の妻として原茂兵衛の娘との縁組を願い出て許可されたとあるが、双方に家系の記録がなく、離別したのかもしれないが詳細は不明である。
一 延宝8年（申年）3月 14歳にて鳳翔院様の御小姓に召し出され、並の御擬作を下し置かれ、禿として召し使われた件
一 同年6月 勤番のため江戸表へ上ったが、病気のため同年10月に帰国した件
一 天和元年（酉年）2月 将軍宣下の御振舞のため上り、元服を仰せ付けられ、国定の御刀並びに拵え、金3両を下し置かれた件
一 同3年（亥年）10月 帰国した件

According to records from Genroku 5th year (Year of the Monkey), 11th month, 27th day, a marriage arrangement between Ikegami Shōuemon and the daughter of Hara Mohē was requested and approved, but since both families lack genealogical records, they may have divorced, though details are unclear.
One: Enpō 8th year (Year of the Monkey), 3rd month - At age 14, was summoned to serve as page to Lord Hōshōin, granted standard court dress allowance, and served as a young attendant
One: Same year, 6th month - Went up to Edo for guard duty service, but due to illness returned home in the 10th month of the same year
One: Tenna 1st year (Year of the Rooster), 2nd month - Went up for the celebration of the Shogun's appointment, was ordered to undergo coming-of-age ceremony, and was granted a Kunisada sword with fittings and three ryō in gold
One: Same 3rd year (Year of the Boar), 10th month - Returned home
