現代語訳

一、同六年午年四月　御供として立ち帰り罷り登り候ところ、江戸において御時服並びに外料道具下し置かれ候事

一、同年六月　金五両絹縮下し置かれ候事

一、同八年申年四月　御供として立ち帰り罷り登り候事

一、天和二年戌年五月　二本松に妹婿佐々安富と申す者煩い候由申し来り候間、見届けのため忰儀左衛門遣わし度き旨伺い願い候事
　但し此の広勤体に抱かざる事に在り之れ尤も、妹の事出で無く候に付き参考のため記し置き候事

一、同年七月　御国目付衆御下りに付き迎えのため五十里村まで罷り越し候事

一、貞享二年丑年八月　松平修理殿御病死に付き検使御下りに付き迎えのため勢至堂まで罷り越し候事

First entry: Same 6th year, Year of the Horse (1678), 4th month - When accompanying and ascending on the return journey, was granted ceremonial clothing and various tools as rewards in Edo

First entry: Same 8th year, Year of the Monkey (1680), 4th month - Accompanied and ascended on the return journey

First entry: Tenna 2, Year of the Dog (1682), 5th month - Received word that his brother-in-law Sasa Yasutomi in Nihonmatsu had fallen ill, and requested permission to send his son Gizaemon to check on him
