宣明院様の御相手をしたため、金200疋を下し置かれた。
ただし、この後金200疋ずつを御同人様よりたびたび下し置かれた。
一 同12年（午年）4月 3か年皆勤したため、御褒美として銀子1枚を下し置かれた。
一 同年10月 精励して相勤め、特に宣明院様の御馬術の御相手もしたため、江戸扶持1人分を御同人様より下し置かれた。
明和
一 2年（酉年）12月 数年懈怠なく精励して相勤めたため、席を御近習番同様に仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年 6か年皆勤したため、御褒美として御紋御小袖1つを下し置かれた。
一 同年 御役儀を滞りなく相勤めたため、江戸扶持1人分を愿彰院様より下し置かれた。

For serving as a sparring partner for Lord Senmyōin, he was granted 200 mon in gold.
Note: After this, 200 mon in gold each was frequently granted by the same lord.
One: Same 12th year (Year of the Horse), 4th month - For perfect attendance over three years, he was granted one piece of silver as a reward.
One: Same year, 10th month - For his diligent service, and particularly for serving as a sparring partner for Lord Senmyōin's equestrian practice, he was granted one person's worth of Edo stipend by the same lord.

One: 2nd year (Year of the Rooster), 12th month - For several years of diligent service without negligence, he was appointed to a position equivalent to the Imperial Attendant Guard (go-kinjū-ban).
One: Same year - For perfect attendance over six years, he was granted one crested court kimono as a reward.
One: Same year - For performing his official duties without delay, he was granted one person's worth of Edo stipend by Lord Genshōin.
