勤候ニ付江戸扶持三人分之内二人扶持

貞昭院様御厩別当兼務被 仰付之
旨被 仰出候
但梶原平馬組へ被入置候事

猪之吉儀も精出相勤候ニ付格別之訳
を以仲間共願之通忰猪之吉御序

現代語訳
一 寛政2年（戌年）正月 数十年精出し相勤めたため、江戸扶持3人分のうち2人扶持を本扶持に御直しで下し置かれた。
一 同5年（丑年）9月 年来精出し相勤めたため、常詰外様組付を仰せ付けられ、貞昭院様御厩別当兼務を仰せ付けられる旨仰せ出された。
但し、梶原平馬組へ入れ置かれた。
一 同6年（寅年）11月 数十年相勤め、息子猪之吉も精出し相勤めたため、格別の訳を以て仲間共が願った通り、息子猪之吉を御序の節に御目見を仰せ付けられる旨仰せ出された。
一 同7年（卯年）正月 息子猪之吉が出奔したため、次男辰吉を嫡子にしたい旨を願いの通り任せられた。
一 同8年（辰年）11月8日 78歳にて病死。法名は浄円院華実日香信士。葬所は江戸谷中瑞林寺。

One: Kansei 2nd year (Year of the Dog), 1st month - Due to his diligent service for several decades, two of his three-person stipend portions in Edo were directly converted to regular stipend.
One: Same 5th year (Year of the Ox), 9th month - Due to his years of diligent service, he was appointed to the regular duty external retainer unit and commanded to serve concurrently as head of stables for Lord Sadaaki-in, as was announced.
Note: He was placed in Kajiwara Heima's unit.
One: Same 6th year (Year of the Tiger), 11th month - Due to his decades of service and his son Inosuke's diligent service as well, by special consideration and as requested by his colleagues, it was announced that his son Inosuke would be granted an audience with the lord at an appropriate occasion.
One: Same 7th year (Year of the Rabbit), 1st month - Due to his son Inosuke's flight/desertion, his request to make his second son Tatsukichi his heir was granted.
One: Same 8th year (Year of the Dragon), 11th month, 8th day - He died of illness at age 78. His Buddhist name was Jōen-in Kanjitsu Nikkō Shinji. His burial place was Zuirin-ji temple in Yanaka, Edo.
