藤五郎高尚（初名辰吉、明和八年卯年誕生）

妻は小松覚右衛門隆識の娘（寛政十二年九月二十三日誕生、文政五年八月二十四日三十歳にて病死、法名秀睪院妙義日信女、葬所法紹山浄光寺）
一 寛政七年四月、親の勘右衛門が数十年にわたり御場所において精励して勤務したことにより、御扶持方を減じられることなく十一人扶持を下され、常詰外様組付を仰せ付けられた件
一 同十一年二月、江戸御広間番方および諸勤ともに三ヶ年皆勤したことにより、御褒美として銀子二枚を下された件
一 文化三年七月、江戸御広間諸勤ともに去る亥年より当三月まで皆勤したことにより、銀子二枚を下された件
一 同四年三月、一昨年秋より去春まで御使等が多かった際に精励して勤務した旨を仰せ出された件

1. Kansei 7, 4th month: Because his father Kan'emon had diligently served at the assigned post for several decades, his stipend was not reduced and he was granted an eleven-person stipend, and was appointed to the regular duty gaisama-gumi.
