があったうえに不慎の筋も聞こえたため、無役に仰せ付けられ会津へ差し下される旨を仰せ出された件

一　同年十二月、藤五郎と改名したい旨の願いが許された件

一　同十二年五月、外様組付を仰せ付けられ神保内蔵助組へ入れ置かれた
　　　ただし病気のため御城の御番は勤めていない

一　同年九月、男子がおらず病気が重くなったため、春日荻右衛門の二男与五郎を婿養子にしたい旨の願いが許された件

一　同年十月二日、四十五歳にて病死、法名は秀嶽院義天日応信士、葬所は法紹山浄光寺

　　　However, due to illness, he did not serve castle guard duty.

1. Same year, 9th month: Because he had no male heir and his illness had worsened, his request to adopt Yogorō, the second son of Kasuga Ogiemon, as son-in-law and heir was granted.

1. Same year, 10th month, 2nd day: He died of illness at age 45. His posthumous Buddhist name was Shugakuin Giten Nichiō Shinji, and his burial place was Hōshōzan Jōkōji Temple.
