現代語訳
神が教えた教え鳥のように、庭で戯れることの愛しさを身の願いとするはかなさも、色男の噂のためと思うけれども、さあどうだろう。知らぬ火の筑紫の海女に伊勢の男、世に聞こえたのも古いことになって、今は水道の水のように清らかな東男に京女郎。恋に痩せた里育ちで、田舎に似つかわしくない美しい容貌。引く手数多の恋文を、読まずに分かる枕の冊子。春はあけぼのがようやくに明けて見給え、絵に描いたような。
