明何日非番之面々勝手次第御先江罷立可被申候御供当番之面々は品川御小休
迄致御供品川御立被遊候はゝ御跡ゟ道筋勝手次第常盤橋御屋敷へ着之
筈に候尤当番にても御用にて御先江罷越候面々は是又道筋勝手次第之事
一御先道具之儀は如前々本通り行列を立品川御小休御立被遊候跡ゟ罷立可被申

一即日 上使有之候得は取扱御留守詰之同役取扱之固め組之者等用人江申付前々
之通御供御持筒も指出之事
一御上屋敷東西御門預り之儀は御持物頭両人江可被仰付哉と御家老中へ相伺尤
其段拙者共申渡候様被申聞即刻両人江申渡候事
但同役ゟ申渡候儀御家老中ゟは不被仰付候
一御着被遊候上西御門為開往来為致候様御門預り江御申渡之事
但当時は御留守共に開有之候故右申渡に不及候
一霊岸嶋御屋敷御門預りに付御先足軽前々之通仮支配之儀御水主頭へ可被仰付候哉
と御家老中へ相伺其段申渡候様にと被申聞候得は此方ゟ申達候
但当時は御杉形奉行霊岸嶋御門預り其後
若殿様附御目付へ御門預け也
一右仮御目付誓紙被仰付候事
一御先物頭御火消御用に罷越候得は誓紙被仰付候事

江戸御到着日前夜口上控
明日、非番の面々は勝手次第で御先へ出発してよい。お供当番の面々は品川御小休まで御供をし、品川をお立ちになったら御跡から道筋勝手次第で常盤橋御屋敷へ到着する予定である。もっとも当番でも御用で御先へ向かう面々は、これまた道筋勝手次第のこと。
一、御先道具の件は、従来通り本来の行列を立て、品川御小休でお立ちになった跡から出発すべきである。以上

江戸御到着日取扱いの事
一、御到着日に御先道具が従来通り御屋敷へ到着する際、御道具仲間は仕切御門前まで立ち並び居り、御水主頭も同所に控える。三丁火の番は火事装束で同所へ出向き、御役人の面々もみな表御門内へ出向く。お供同役は右同所へ詰める。
ただし御出入りの町人どもは腰掛前に並び居て 御目見を申し上げる
一、即日 上使があれば、取扱いは御留守詰の同役が取扱い、固めの組の者等を用人へ申し付け、従来通りお供の御持筒も差し出すこと。
一、御上屋敷東西御門預かりの件は、御持物頭両人へ仰せ付けるべきかと御家老中へお伺いし、もっともその段を私どもが申し渡すよう申し聞かされ、即刻両人へ申し渡すこと。
ただし同役から申し渡す件は御家老中からは仰せ付けられない
一、御到着になった上で西御門を開けて往来させるよう御門預かりへお申し渡しのこと。
ただし当時は御留守中も共に開けてあるため右申し渡しには及ばない
一、霊岸島御屋敷御門預かりにつき、御先足軽を従来通り仮支配の件で御水主頭へ仰せ付けるべきかと御家老中へお伺いし、その段を申し渡すようにと申し聞かされれば、こちらから申し達する。

Matters Concerning the Day of Arrival in Edo
Article 1: On the day of arrival, when the advance equipment arrives at the residence as usual, the equipment handlers shall stand in formation up to the partition gate, and the head of naval personnel shall also be present at the same location. The fire watch of the third district shall appear at the same location in firefighting attire, all officials shall go out to the front gate area, and retinue colleagues shall be stationed at the same location.
However, the townspeople who have business shall line up in front of the waiting area and request an audience.
Article 1: On the same day, if there is an envoy from above, the arrangements shall be handled by colleagues on residence duty, with the security groups assigned through the administrator, and the retinue's firearms shall also be presented as usual.
Article 1: Regarding the custody of the east and west gates of the upper residence, shall this be assigned to both equipment heads? This shall be inquired of the senior retainers, and we have been told to convey this matter, so it shall be conveyed to both immediately.
However, matters conveyed by colleagues are not ordered by the senior retainers.
Article 1: After arrival, the west gate shall be opened for passage, and this shall be conveyed to the gate custodian.
