一、元文四年未年十一月二日、物頭中御番組の面々が江戸並びに他国へ御用にて向かう節、出立日限前々より御奏者番へ向かい相達し申すこととなっているところ、近年頃右の届け出をしない者が間々あり、右の日限を存じなければ江戸表へ申し達し難く、左様では御奏者番が不注意であるように思し召されると存ずるにつき、御用人へも話し、御家老中へも御用人より申し達すれば《振り仮名：今後は急用の際は御目付方とも申し談じ》たく相達するよう申し送るべき旨を申し聞かせた由。よって弥税が申し談じ、番頭へは弥税より申し聞かせ、御物頭へは御目付より寄々申し通すこと

一、旅立ち荷物十駄以下は組の者が差し出し相改め、宵改めはないはず。御長屋にて改めの儀はもちろん致さないはず。御門にて相改めるはずなり。御詰御徒目付は大方出でず、長屋にて改めてくれるよう申す方もあるけれども、改めは申さないこと

一、急ぎ申す御用のない者は明六時前には立たないこと

一、旅立ちの最中、宵より日雇いの者を呼び寄せ御長屋に一宿させて朝召し連れることは苦しからず。町人など参り一宿の儀も、断りの品により一宿は苦しからず

一、御国より侍中初め諸役人の往来がある時は、火事割帳へ早速書き入れ申すべきこと、並びに御屋敷御条目を見せ申すべきこと

一、御国より着いた面々、雇人が主人方に逗留仕ることがあれば断りを承り置くこと。もっともその日に出れば、断り次第御門へ申し遣わし出すこと

一、御国へ返し申す家来、御関所通り手形の儀申し来れば、御屋敷奉行方へ相渡すよう申し遣わすこと

Article 1: On the 2nd day of the 11th month of Genbun 4, Year of the Sheep, when members of the guard units under the military commanders go to Edo or other provinces on official business, they are to go to the ceremonial attendants well in advance of their departure date and report this. However, in recent years there have been some who fail to make this notification, and if the date limit is not known, it is difficult to communicate to Edo, and this would make it appear that the ceremonial attendants are negligent, which would displease his lordship. Therefore, this was discussed with the administrators, and when the administrators report to the senior retainers, it was ordered that future urgent matters should be communicated in consultation with the inspectors. Accordingly, Yazei consulted and reported to the unit commanders through Yazei, and to the military commanders through the inspectors as appropriate.

Article 1: Record of Kyōho 20, Year of the Rabbit, 6th month, 13th day - on the 4th of this month, at Edo, his lordship's instruction to Tochiya Hanemon: This time during the journey at Kanaya station in Tōtōmi province, the designated inn Kashiwaya Hachirōzaemon committed misconduct and the designated inn status was revoked. Henceforth, all members of the domain retinue, down to the lowest ranks, shall refrain from stopping at or staying at Hachirōzaemon's establishment, and this shall be communicated to all as appropriate. This instruction came, and in the home domain as well, this matter shall be communicated to all as appropriate. However, the Kanaya designated inn was reassigned to one called Satsukaya Sajiemon.

Departure and Arrival

Article 1: For departure baggage of ten pack-horses or less, group members shall present and inspect it. There should be no evening inspections.
