一御国表ゟ罷越候者たりとも御用外之輩者表向役方ゟ通達無之候ハヽ
御屋敷内ニ逗留為致候儀無用之事
一女之儀無作与立入候儀ハ不相成用事有之候分ハ不苦候得共夜中之儀ハ堅
無用之事
一遊里之女并芸子様之者立入候儀堅無用之事
【次行朱◦に続く朱書】《割書：イ此文段入有之此度抜候か｜も御長屋内ニ而稽古迄之儀は不苦猥ニ遊興等ニ催候儀》
一御屋鋪内謡之儀者不苦三味線小哥之類◦ハ堅無用之事
右御定書之通相守可申者也
天保四癸巳年五月 御目付
一天保十四卯四月廿八日昨年迄森庄八郎罷在候御小屋明キ有之ニ付清田丹蔵願之上拝借被仰付且又御屋敷之
儀ハ先達而森庄太郎へ御預被置候ニ付御締等之儀ハ兼而心配致居候儀ニ候へハ猶又丹蔵ニも心配可致旨御目付ゟ申通之
一天保四巳十一月十一日今立五郎太夫江京都森二右衛門義京都御屋敷預り被仰付候其段可申度旨

現代語訳
一、御国表より来訪した者であっても、御用外の輩は表向きの役方から通達がない限り、御屋敷内に逗留させてはならない。
一、女性が無作法に立ち入ることは相成らない。用事がある場合は構わないが、夜中については堅く無用のこと。
一、遊里の女性並びに芸子様の者が立ち入ることは堅く無用のこと。
【朱書き注記：この文段は入っていたが、今度抜いたか。また御長屋内での稽古程度なら構わないが、みだりに遊興等を催すこと】
一、御屋敷内で謡うことは構わないが、三味線小唄の類は堅く無用のこと。
右の御定書の通り相守るべきものである。
天保四癸巳年五月 御目付
一、天保十四卯四月二十八日、昨年まで森庄八郎が居住していた御小屋に空きができたので、清田丹蔵の願い出により拝借を仰せ付けられた。また御屋敷については先達って森庄太郎へ御預けになっているので、御締め等については兼ねてから心配しているが、なお丹蔵にも心配するよう御目付から申し渡しがあった。
一、天保四巳十一月十一日、今立五郎太夫へ、京都の森二右衛門が京都御屋敷預かりを仰せ付けられた旨を申したいとのこと。
英語訳
1. Even those who come from the home domain, if they are not on official business and there is no notification from the official administrative offices, they must not be allowed to lodge within the residence.
1. Women entering improperly is not acceptable. If there is legitimate business it is acceptable, but nighttime entry is strictly forbidden.
1. Women from pleasure quarters and geisha-like persons entering is strictly forbidden.

1. Tenpō 14, 4th month, 28th day: Since the small house where Mori Shōhachirō had been residing until last year became vacant, Kiyota Tanzō's request to borrow it was approved. Also, regarding the residence, since it was previously entrusted to Mori Shōtarō, he has been taking care of security matters, but the inspector has instructed that Tanzō should also take care of these matters.
1. Tenpō 4, year of the Snake, 11th month, 11th day: To Kon'tatsu Gorōdayū, regarding Mori Niemon of Kyoto being appointed as custodian of the Kyoto residence, this matter should be communicated.
