現代語訳
一、右の外、御屋形の内の締切りは熊野覚右衛門、津田弥太六その他御付きの者たちが締切りなどを申し付けること。右の趣旨であれば、御裏番所の増減なく締切りがよろしく御座候こと。
一、番所の儀は、無益な所に立て置いても相止めることが難しい儀に御座候間、この通りがよろしいかということ。
一、御裏松山へは御用であっても人が上がらないよう申し付け、御用の節に人を上げる場合は熊野覚右衛門へ相談して指図の上、人を上げること。
一、名主孫市へ相談して塩町の町土蔵屋根へ人を上げる節は相談するよう申し談ずること。
ただし孫市は新川の名主である
一、御門出入りの儀 御上屋敷の通り暮れ六つ切りにして、その余は御目付たちへ相談して吟味の上、出入りを申し付けること。

一、御用のため御裏御土蔵出入りの面々ならびに末々まで相談して聞き届け、この口より出入りすること。
一、すべて御用のため御裏へ参り通る面々、末々までその品を承り届け、出入りを致すこと。
一、すべて御裏拝見・慰みに参り越す儀は侍中であっても御法度に候間、断りを申し達し堅く通し申してはならないこと。
付け加えて御目付中ならびに鈴木弥助の断りの儀は格別とすること

智高院様御裏守りを相勤め、すべて夜中出入りを相守ること。
