一御裏高足之儀は御法度に候間堅高足為致間敷候事

今般稲荷土手に御腰掛茶屋出来に付以後御成有之候節右御茶屋御見通に相成候節は御戸為〆候様被仰出候

一、御裏への高足（下駄）の使用は御法度であるため、堅く高足を履いてはならないこと
右の通り、御目付の指図以外の往来は堅く御法度であるため、急度相守ること

火が鎮まったならば半鐘を打つこと
右ヶ条の趣旨を昼夜油断なく急度相守ること

一、寛政七卯九月二十八日、御目付へ左の通り仰せ出された
今般稲荷土手に御腰掛茶屋が出来たことにつき、以後御成りがある節、右御茶屋が御見通しになる節は御戸を締めるよう仰せ出された
