一御門前騒敷節先御徒目付組用人指出為見其上ニ而是非罷出申儀ニ候得ハ
　御留守居申談可罷出候事惣して御門前之儀ハ辻番之者取扱之事
一辻番取扱之儀ハ御留守居共ゟ申聞候ハ御徒目付組用人等指出シ立合候事
一御屋敷前御大名方婚礼又ハ葬送なと通り候節侍中并御徒之者固ニ出候
　事御用人共ゟ直申付候事御足軽之分ハ御目付取扱ニ而人数組用人江申付ル飾手桶出ス
一御門前道ニ坑なと明き候節上水道筋ニ候得ハ御留守居方ゟ上水奉行中江達有之
　無左候得ハ御手前切ニ而御作事方ゟ繕ひ致候事
一上水川掃除等有之水道水留メ之事有之候得は御留守居ゟ為知申来候事
　左候得は早速御作事方江申遣水留メ之触作事方ゟ相触候事
一御屋敷裏土居石垣草取之事御留守居ゟ申来候得ハ組用人へ申付御作事方江
　為知候事木戸口明ケ組之者廻り申付候事
一御近所屋敷方ゟ高見へ人上ケ候由断有之候得ハ御留守居ゟ申来候其節御徒
　目付へ申付奥御納戸役江為知候事

現代語訳

御門前

一、御門前が騒がしい時は、まず御徒目付組用人を派遣して様子を見て、その上でどうしても出向く必要がある場合は、御留守居と相談して出向くこと。総じて御門前の件は辻番の者が取り扱うこと

一、辻番が取り扱う件については、御留守居共から申し聞かせがあれば、御徒目付組用人等を派遣して立ち会うこと

一、御屋敷前を御大名方の婚礼又は葬送などが通る時は、侍中並びに御徒の者が警備に出ること。御用人共から直接申し付けること。御足軽の分については御目付が取り扱い、人数を組用人へ申し付ける。飾り手桶を出すこと

一、御門前の道に穴などが開いた時は、上水道筋であれば御留守居方から上水奉行中へ連絡する。そうでなければ御手前の負担で御作事方から修繕すること

一、上水川の掃除等があり水道の水を止めることがある場合は、御留守居から知らせてくる。その場合は早速御作事方へ申し遣わし、水止めの触れを作事方から触れ回ること

一、御屋敷裏の土居石垣の草取りについて御留守居から申し来た場合は、組用人へ申し付け御作事方へ知らせること。木戸口を開け、組の者を見回りに申し付けること

一、御近所の屋敷方から高見へ人を上げる旨の断りがあった場合は、御留守居から申し来る。その時は御徒目付へ申し付け、奥御納戸役へ知らせること

一、山王神田祭礼が御門前を通る時は、辻番所へ一人ずつ詰め、御徒目付も一人ずつ詰めること
