　　一　御広敷女中夜中何レ之見付御門罷通り候ニも夜中之分往来共ニ御留守居へ申遣

　　一　御屋敷之内定府之方々ニ懐胎之者有之候得ハ夜中取揚姥呼申度事臨月ニ至

一天保三辰二月十一日先達而常盤橋御門渡り御多門御拝借被成度旨御願被成候処御願之通被仰出今日御引渡有之

公儀御門

一、作事道具三つ道具常盤橋通行の件、万事留守居から許可を得ること

一、御広敷女中が夜中にいずれかの見張り所・御門を通行する場合も、夜中の分については往来ともに留守居へ申し遣わし、見張り所の許可を受け取って御広敷へ相渡すこと。また御家中女中も右同様とする

一、御屋敷の内で定府の方々に懐胎の者がある場合は、夜中に取り上げ婆を呼びたい事情があり、臨月に至って連絡があった際は、見張り所・御門の夜中通行切手を留守居から受け取って相渡すこと

一、天保三年辰二月十一日、先達って常盤橋御門渡りの御多門御拝借を願い出たい旨御願いを申し上げたところ、願いの通りお許しが出て、今日お引き渡しがあった

1. When ladies of the御広敷 (palace women's quarters) pass through any checkpoint or gate during the night, for nighttime passages and traffic, report to the caretaker, receive permission from the checkpoint, and deliver it to the御広敷. The same applies to ladies of the retainer households

When there are pregnant women among those in permanent residence (teifu) within the mansion, if there is a need to call a midwife during the night due to approaching labor, upon notification that the time of delivery is near, receive a nighttime passage permit for checkpoints and gates from the caretaker and deliver it

1. On the 11th day of the 2nd month of Tempo 3 (1832), regarding the previous request to borrow the多門 (guardhouse) at Tokiwabashi Gate crossing, the request was granted as petitioned, and the handover took place today
