江戸御屋敷御触
一御用之外は暮六時以後面々参会之儀御停止に候へ共向後用事等も有之候節は勝手次
第に可被致候去年御定之通に候得共弥以夜会之節は軽可被致候大酒仕儀猶以堅
可相慎候
一従他所客来之節夜に入候はゝ是又勝手次第に可被致候
一御門外へ罷出候ては万端堅可相慎尤組支配幷面々家来等へも右之趣急度可被申渡
旨に候間可被得其意候以上

九月十五日 各中 目付中
於江戸面々求置申候町屋敷地百姓地或は先規ゟ借置候地又は預り置候地縦令名
代にて求置候得共其趣書付早速目付中迄可被差出候尤少分之地たりといふ共可申
上候今度従 公儀御尋に付右之通被仰出候間可被得其意候以上

一、御門外へ罷り出で候ては万端堅く相慎むべし。もっとも組支配並びに面々家来等へも右の趣急度申し渡すべき旨に候間、その意を得べく候。以上

一、御上屋敷へ引越し候御家中の女上下共に、御曲輪御門外へ暮れ六つ時より明け六つ時までの間、出入の儀無用に候。自然よんどころなき儀これ有り罷り出で候わば、目付中へ相断り、御門へ御留守居中判形の切手差し越し筈に候間、その節切手受け取り下番所へ持参致し、差し図を受け罷り通り候よう申し付くべく候。朝の内罷り出で、もし暮れ六つ時までも罷り在るべき用事これ有り候わば、その趣目付中へ相断り、罷り出で候節御留守居中判形の切手差し越し申すべく候間、暮れ六つ時に罷り成り候わば、御門下番所へ差し出し、差し図を受け罷り通り候よう致すべく候。もしまた間違い候て朝罷り出で候節右の切手取り申さず候わば、その主人或いは親類またはその支配の方よりその趣を目付中まで断り申すべく候。承り届け候わばその節御留守居中切手受け取り差し越し申すべく候間、御門外途中まで持たせ差し越し、罷り通り候節御門下番所へ指し出し、差し図を受け罷り通り候よう致すべく候。

Official Notice for the Edo Mansion

Regarding town lots, farmland, or land borrowed or held in trust from previous times that individuals have acquired in Edo, even if acquired through an agent, submit written details immediately to the inspectors. Even small plots of land must be reported. This directive is issued in response to an inquiry from the government. Please understand this. That is all.

Additionally, strictly instruct the retainers you bring along to avoid improper behavior. That is all.
1. For women of all ranks in the household who have moved to the upper mansion, going in and out of the castle gate between 6 o'clock evening and 6 o'clock morning is forbidden. If there is an unavoidable reason to go out, consult with the inspectors, and a pass with the seal of the caretakers should be sent to the gate. At that time, receive the pass and bring it to the lower guardhouse, receive instructions, and pass through accordingly. If going out in the morning with business that may keep you out until after 6 o'clock evening, inform the inspectors of this, and when going out, a pass with the caretakers' seal will be issued. When it becomes 6 o'clock evening, present it to the gate guardhouse, receive instructions, and pass through. If by mistake you go out in the morning without obtaining the pass, your master, relatives, or supervisor must inform the inspectors. 1. When there is a death from illness and the body must be taken to the temple, strictly observe restraint before 6 o'clock evening. When conducting the funeral, inform the inspectors, construct a temporary gate, and position it at the main gate first, then pass through the temporary gate.
