現代語訳
所々辻番、頃日は指すべき儀でもないことを辻番頭に申し通す段、間違いなき儀に候。向後は辻番へ告げ来る者これあらば、辻番を勤め候衆家来立ち会い承り届け相通すべし。組合辻番左様の節は、年番月番へ申し伝え家来出合い承り届け相通すべし。且つまた不審なる物持ち通る族あらば相改め、怪しく候えば捕らえるべし。辻番請け取りの場、いよいよ入念に相守るべき者なり。

Henceforth, when someone comes to report to the intersection guards, the retainers of those serving as intersection guards shall attend and receive the report before allowing passage. When organized intersection guards face such situations, they shall inform the annual or monthly duty officers, and retainers shall meet to receive reports before allowing passage. Furthermore, if there are suspicious persons carrying items, they should be examined, and if they appear suspicious, they should be arrested. The reception area of intersection guard posts must be attended to with even greater care.
9th month of the Ox year
It has been reported that at gatherings at intersection guard posts, lowly persons other than the guards are being stationed, or people are being assembled. From now on, if violations occur due to such practices, severe punishment will surely be imposed.
