辻番廻り場之内異変有之節取扱之儀只今迄は屋鋪雨たれゟ内軒下
又は門地覆際幷屋敷長屋出格子に異変有之或は屋敷前初寄矢来
之内に捨物等有之候節其屋敷壱人にて取扱来候得共以来は右之分も辻番
廻り場へ附取扱候之事

公儀餌指之由を申所々にてかたり仕人馬出させ其上鳥目をかり取
不届に付獄門被行候改出候品川名主御褒美被下候所々にて不相改者は過料
申付候且又当夏中
公儀役人之由偽り候て船遊山等に出候者を改候由風聞候惣て何事にても
前広に御法度之御触無之して役人被指遣相改候儀は無之事に候条向後
右体之うたかわしきもの有之候はゝ其所に留置早速頭支配迄可申出候見
のかしに致候者可為越度候以上
戌閏十月
都て辻番所之儀近来夜中戸を建置廻り場見廻等不行届不埒之所も有
之候由相聞候前々被 仰出候御定之通夜中番所前之戸を明置廻り場繁々
相廻怪敷もの於有之は留置御目付方へ可申出候近来怪敷者罷通候ても
見遁に致候其上辻番所へ人集等致候場所も有之由左候得は番人共に子細も有之
様に相聞へ如何に候右体之儀有之間敷候得共尚又今度急度右之趣番人
共へ被申渡以来不埒之筋相聞候之上は厳敷御咎も可有之候事に候間此旨
