一上野御法事之節夜四ツ時過明静院へ御立寄被遊候御案内有之政所へ
被為 入夫ゟ又々御案内有之 御霊屋へ御予【豫】参之事
但御供之面々は御本丸御小人目付指図を受御別当門前へ可相廻事
一増上寺御法事之節刻限右 断 天陽院へ御立寄御案内有之本堂へ

但御供之面々は御本丸御小人目付差図を受本堂向通り御先手加番所
幕張外に扣可申事
右両所共に御供廻り年始之通布衣素袍着用之事
一於御道中御大名方ゟ御馳走人罷出候節披露之事
但御大名方御姓名は様附に披露之事
一駿府町奉行衆組中与【與】力同心罷出候節披露之事
但町奉行衆姓名は殿附に披露之事
一御代官衆手代罷出候節同断之事
一御本陣其外御小休并問屋役人是又披露之事

英語訳
1. When serving at the Ueno Gate Master's duties, one shall dismount outside the gate.
However, when serving at the Zōjō-ji Temple's abbot's quarters, one shall dismount outside the gate.
2. When entering to visit the Minister of Popular Affairs (Minbu-kyō), one shall dismount outside the front gate. When entering through the rear gate, one shall dismount outside the middle entrance wooden gate. {{However, due to the family relationship, one may ride in a palanquin within the residence grounds.}}
3. Among the family lords (go-ichimon):
Lord Dewa-no-kami
Lord Sahyōe-no-suke
Lord Yamato-no-kami
Lord Sentarō
When entering to visit these three lords, one shall dismount within the gate.
4. When serving various daimyo, one shall dismount outside the gate.
5. When stopping at Ueno's Myōjōin and Zōjō-ji's Ten'yōin, since they are the family temples, one shall dismount within the gate.
6. When meeting with the Three Houses (Gosanke) or the Three Lords (Gosankyō), one shall dismount.
7. When meeting with the Gate Master, the same applies.
When meeting with daimyo and other officials, when raising the palanquin curtain, it is a matter of mutual courtesy; when raising it, it should be done by mutual arrangement.
8. When meeting with hatamoto of audience rank or above, if the other party is on foot, one shall dismount.
9. Those below audience rank and retainers shall take the lower position.
10. During memorial services at Ueno, after the hour of 10 PM, when stopping at Myōjōin, there will be guidance to enter the administrative office, and then with further guidance, preliminary visit to the mausoleum.
However, the retinue shall receive instructions from the castle's minor inspector and proceed to the front of the head priest's gate.
11. During memorial services at Zōjō-ji, at the appointed time as above, when stopping at Ten'yōin with guidance to enter the main hall, and then with further guidance, preliminary visit to the mausoleum.
However, the retinue shall receive instructions from the castle's minor inspector and wait outside the curtained area of the advance guard station across from the main hall.
For both locations, the retinue shall wear court dress and plain robes as during New Year visits.
12. During travels, when entertainment personnel from daimyo houses appear, this shall be announced.
However, daimyo names shall be announced with the honorific "sama."
13. When magistrates' group members, yoriki, and dōshin from Sunpu appear, this shall be announced.
However, magistrates' names shall be announced with the honorific "dono."
14. When deputies of district governors (daikan) appear, the same applies.
15. At the main lodging and other rest stops, as well as transportation officials, these shall also be announced.
