但御姓名は御大名方同様に付様附に披露之事
一上野御宮江 御参詣之節は同所横之方鶴【靏】之御門へ相廻り候事
一紅葉山 御宮江 御成に付御予【豫】参被遊候節は坂下御門外にて御下乗
被遊候事
但下乗ゟ内之御供廻りにて相勤尤惣御供廻りは内桜田門外腰懸に
罷在御退出之御様子御本丸御小人目付へ頼置見計相廻り可申事

一於御供先惣てかさつかましき儀無之様可被致候重き御方々は不及申都て
御行違之節御時宜合有之分は勿論其外共に猥ケ間敷義無之様可被

一御供之節袖へ手を入申間敷事
一為私用行列をはつし申間敷事
一侍中御徒迄木綿類着用無用たるへく事【朱書】「水玉になし」

英語訳
1. Regarding the announcement of entertainment personnel from the Alternating Yoriai Group.
However, their names shall be announced with the honorific "sama" in the same manner as daimyo.
2. When making pilgrimages to the Ueno Shrine, one shall proceed to the Tsuru Gate on the side of that location.
3. When making preliminary visits for formal visits to the Momijiyama Shrine, one shall dismount outside the Sakashita Gate.
However, the inner retinue shall serve from the dismounting point inward. The full retinue shall remain at the rest area outside the Uchi-Sakurada Gate, and arrangements shall be made by consulting with the castle's minor inspector regarding the departure.
4. Within the Ueno mountain area:
Minister Minbu-kyō's temple: Ryōun-in
Minister Ōkura-kyō's temple
Middle Counselor of Kii's temple: Kudoku-in
Lord Matsudaira Satsuma-no-kami's temple: Isarago Daien-ji
These three temples shall be visited for worship.
Tentoku-ji
Reigan-ji
Nanzen-ji
Tenryū-ji
These four temples shall be visited for worship.
Sannō Shrine
This shall be visited for worship as it is the tutelary deity.
5. Regarding pilgrimages to Enjū Inari, until now dismounting has been done within the gate, but currently since Lord Kuno Jiē uses the route from within the gate to the shrine grounds, dismounting shall be done outside the gate.

6. During retinue processions, there shall be no disorderly conduct whatsoever. Needless to say for high-ranking persons, but for all encounters when courtesies are exchanged, and in all other matters as well, there shall be no improper behavior.
7. During retinue service, one shall not put hands into sleeves.
8. One shall not leave the procession for private purposes.
9. From samurai to foot soldiers, the wearing of cotton clothing shall be avoided. [Red notation: "Not in water drop version"]
