二番手に罷越候面々も猥に無之様可相守事
一火事出来御先火消并二の手 御出馬御供之騎馬黒門近くにて段々下り立
黒門内へ入可申事馬は段々込合不申様に黒門内下馬札有之候下馬札切に山手之方に
段々馬立置可申候尤夜中右同事に候
一御一門様方へ路次にて出合申候はゝ不及下礼可罷通前々御断被 仰遣被置候御人数
引取候節は馬ゟ下り立可罷通不及下礼事
一公儀御役人中并加火消之御方々路次にて出合申節道を除け候て可罷通下馬に不及事
一御老中若年寄中へ路次にて出合申候はゝ馬ゟ下り立可罷通下礼に不及候尤急火
にて駆付候節は御老中若年寄中 御三家様たりといふとも道を除け可罷通
不及下礼事
一路次にて加火消之御方々其外御役人中横小路より出中を切無理に罷通候者も末々之
者にも可有之せり合不申中を明け可相通少々遅滞は不苦候ゆめ〳〵せり合
口論等堅仕間敷事
一東叡山へ之道筋兼て相定置面々勝手次第近道不仕様に可申付候万一右之道筋
辺出火と相見得候はゝ外之道筋可相通候尤兼て道筋見定置可申事
一二番手東叡山へ罷越候道筋常盤橋御門へ罷出本町通り夫ゟ通町筋違橋之
御門へ出小笠原遠江守殿御中屋敷前通黒門前へ可罷越候事
一右之道筋万一相障申儀も候はゝ神田橋通り稲葉佐渡守殿参通り昌平橋通可
罷越此外之義は其節に至り見計何かたゟ成共黒門前へ可罷越事
一御家中騎馬立所も火事の様子により違申事可有之候惣て騎馬立所之儀は
御使番中之内可有指図候間可任其意事
一御先乗は遠侍所前へ罷出 御下知次第表御門ゟ乗出し可申事此外騎馬
御供之面々は小玄冠前より西御門之方に馬立置段々表御門内ゟ乗出し可申事
一御上屋敷ゟ乗出し候二番手之面々は御人数場候節は御跡ゟ段々可罷越候間切候事
不苦候間左様に可相心得事
御上屋敷板打様之事
一上野江二番之御人数可罷越時は御屋敷中早拍子木為打可申候左候はゝ上野近所
出火と相心得支度致し可申候御人数出候時は火之見櫓にて板打可申候左候はゝ
段々二番手之御人数表御門内ゟ乗出し可申事
一御山之内出火と慥に相知候て火元近所迄乗付候供 御宮 御仏殿或は

二番手に出向く面々も軽率にならないよう守るべきこと。
一、火事が起こり、先発火消並びに二の手が出馬する際、御供の騎馬は黒門近くで順次下馬し、黒門内へ入るべきこと。馬は順次混雑しないよう、黒門内の下馬札があるところで、下馬札を区切りに山手の方へ順次馬を繋ぎ置くべきこと。もちろん夜中も同様である。
一、御一門様方へ路上で出会った場合は、下礼に及ばず通り過ぎてよい。予め御断りを仰せ遣わされ置かれている。御人数引き取りの節は馬より下り立って通るべきが、下礼には及ばないこと。
一、公儀御役人中並びに加勢火消の御方々と路上で出会った節は、道を除けて通ってよく、下馬には及ばないこと。
一、御老中若年寄中へ路上で出会った場合は、馬より下り立って通るべきが、下礼には及ばない。もっとも急火で駆け付ける節は、御老中若年寄中、御三家様であっても道を除けて通ってよく、下礼には及ばないこと。
一、路上で加勢火消の御方々その他御役人中が横小路より出て列を横切り無理に通る者も末端の者にも有るであろうが、競り合わず列を開けて通すべきで、少々遅滞は構わない。決して競り合い口論等は堅く仕るまじきこと。
一、東叡山への道筋は予め相定め置き、面々勝手次第に近道をしないよう申し付けるべきである。万一右の道筋辺りに出火と見えた場合は、他の道筋を通るべきである。もっとも予め道筋見定め置くべきこと。
一、二番手が東叡山へ出向く道筋は、常盤橋御門へ出て本町通り、それより通町筋違橋の御門へ出て、小笠原遠江守殿御中屋敷前を通り、黒門前へ向かうべきこと。
一、右の道筋に万一支障がある場合は、神田橋通り稲葉佐渡守殿参道通り昌平橋通りを越すべきである。この他の義はその節に至り見計らい、何方からでも黒門前へ向かうべきこと。
一、御家中騎馬立て所も火事の様子により違うことがあるであろう。総て騎馬立て所の儀は、御使番中の内から指図があるので、その意に任すべきこと。
一、御先乗りは遠侍所前へ出て、御下知次第表御門より乗り出すべきこと。この他騎馬御供の面々は、小玄関前より西御門の方に馬を繋ぎ置き、順次表御門内より乗り出すべきこと。
一、御上屋敷より乗り出す二番手の面々は、御人数場の節は御跡より順次向かうので、急ぐことはないので、そのように心得るべきこと。
御上屋敷板打ちの様子の事
一、上野江二番の御人数が向かう時は、御屋敷中早拍子木を打つべきである。そうすれば上野近所の出火と心得て支度すべきである。御人数が出る時は火の見櫓にて板を打つべきである。そうすれば順次二番手の御人数が表御門内より乗り出すべきこと。
一、御山の内の出火と確かに分かり、火元近所まで乗り付けた供、御宮、御仏殿或いは
